1. What we collect
- Checkout: the email address you provide at checkout, handled directly
by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
- Subscription and API key: your email, Stripe customer/subscription
ID, and issued API key, stored to enforce your subscription and let you recover
access.
- Usage metering: we record which of the 20 services and which
endpoint your API key called, and when -- required for billing and abuse
prevention. We do not log request or response bodies.
- Governance identity: if you use BLUiZZARD governance features, we
issue per-user tokens tied to a user_id you provide, so votes and proposals can be
attributed to the correct person on your team.
- Server logs: standard web server logs (IP address, request path,
timestamp) retained briefly for operational debugging.
2. What we don't do
We do not use tracking cookies, third-party analytics, or advertising pixels on this
site. We do not sell your data to anyone.
3. Third parties
Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe,
which has its own privacy policy governing the payment data it collects directly from you.
4. Data retention
Subscription and usage records are retained for as long as your subscription is
active, plus a reasonable period afterward for support and billing-dispute purposes.
5. Your rights
You can request a copy of the data we hold about you, or request its deletion, by
